Isn't Model 1514 the "Amityville Horror" house?!
Of course if you were being shown that house by a realtor, she would say something like "The character of this house just SHOUTS at you." That fact that the house is shouting "GET OUT!" is never mentioned.
Of course, I'd love to live in a bungalow like that so much, I'd reply to the house "Whooo's a grouchy house? YOUUU are!"
